Unrivalled value for time & money
David’s aim is to transfer skills, frameworks & tools as quickly as possible using a blend of inquiry, insight & tools to create shifts in mindset & competency. This is quite different from mainstream coaching, which relies exclusively on reflective questioning. And whereas traditional coaches are incentivised to meet with clients indefinitely (often asking for a minimum of six months commitment), David aims to improve & empower leaders as quickly as possible (which often happens in a single session).

Outcomes focused
These results are achieved through an initial in-depth visioning session, where we collaboratively identify and agree on key areas to focus on. This ensures the process remains targeted and tailored to your specific needs, making the outcomes clear and measurable. By setting a strong foundation from the start, we create a focused path that makes tracking progress and assessing results straightforward and effective.

What is the agreement when working with David?
David enters into a contract with each individual he coaches, which states the outcomes the individual wants to work towards. This forms the basis from which to measure progress & success during our time together.
Three principles anchor our agreement to each other:
1. The Work
You are responsible for investing in yourself. This means showing up each & every day to create new patterns (& break old ones). If you do not cultivate the courage, discipline & humility to do The Work, then you will not reap the full benefits of your investment - & our time together will fall short of its transformational potential. The investment required in yourself is a minimum of twenty minutes each day (though going deeper & longer produces better & faster results).
2. The Mindset
Our work together is to form new ways of thinking, feeling & patterns of perceiving. The challenge is that your current default operating system has had decades to entrench itself through repeated habits - & the ego experiences the destruction of a pattern as a death (because in the final analysis, your ego is mostly accumulated patterns of thinking, feeling & acting). Therefore you will experience resistance & pain as you undertake The Work. Your commitment to you is to remain open-minded, humble & to trust the process – which at times will be boring, painful & confronting - because growth only happens in zones of discomfort.
3. The Promise
In return, I promise to give you the tools, frameworks & wisdom required to begin a paradigm shift in how you experience life. This will manifest as clarity (versus confusion); creativity (versus consuming); courage (versus fear); energy (versus exhaustion); & meaning (versus the gnawing sense of having lost some infinite thing). The journey toward wholeness & fully activating intuition is a never-ending process, & therefore you won’t be ‘fixed & finished’ after ten weeks – but I do promise your experience of reality will change as The Work yields results, & you’ll have the necessary tools to continue guiding yourself up the mountain of the second half of life.
What investment is required to work with David?
The investment required for a set of 5 sessions with David is £495 per session for direct clients (totalling £2,475) & £595 for corporates (totalling £2,975).
