How this works

This is not generic reflective question driven coaching that feels like therapy. It’s bespoke, high-touch work for senior leaders who want guidance, insight and tools.

A typical journey looks like: 

6-month partnership – focused on the outcomes that matter most to you

Deep-dive start session (90 mins) – mapping your goals, patterns and leverage points

Psychometric assessment with feedback – to enhance self-awareness and use to navigate challenging relationships

Regular 60-minute sessions (2 per month) – plus WhatsApp check-ins between sessions for in the moment guidance

Clear homework to accomplish in between calls – real-world actions that compound over time

Optional intensives and retreats – if you want accelerate shifts

How the process plays out

While the journey evolves uniquely for each individual, there is a simple underlying blueprint.

Start with resonance — We begin with a no-pressure resonance call to discover whether we’re a good fit to do meaningful work together — because this only works if you’re open-minded and action-oriented.

Gather insight (data first) — If we decide to proceed, the first step is to gather data on where you are. This typically includes a discovery call for qualitative insight, a psychometric assessment to deepen self-understanding, and the option to collate 360 feedback if maximum clarity on strengths, patterns and blind spots matters to you.

Create shifts across three pillars — Once we work together, we focus on making a paradigm shift in three areas: how you lead yourself; how you lead your team; and your capacity to lead your organisation through complexity.

Turn insight into action — While self-reflection is a core component, expect tools, frameworks and practical insight that you put into action after each session — so progress is visible, not theoretical.
