The Brief
Due to the company’s astronomical growth, Wellhub has undergone rapid expansion (with executive hires coming from marquee tech firms such as Google, Facebook & Amazon). This created a challenge to the organic culture - & a corresponding opportunity to shape the future deliberately, upskill in core competencies & work on pressing strategic issues together.
The Solution
A custom-designed solution integrating modules from our flagship ‘Leading with Resonance’ programme, delivered over 6 half days with each masterclass a month apart. This included delivery to 4 x senior leader cohorts, & 1 x C-Suite programme. All training was delivered online.
