The Client

The Co-operative Group (‘The Co-Op’) is the fifth largest food retailer in the UK.

The Brief

David delivered a vision session to The Co-Op’s C-Suite to understand if the team wanted to embark on a leadership development journey with David, & if so what leadership competencies they wanted to upskill in.

 

This created buy-in & the following agenda was shaped by executive input (only relevant competencies have been graphically illustrated):

The vision session resulted in exec buy-in for the design & delivery of seven half-day masterclasses to create a transformation in leadership effectiveness covering the following competencies:

The Results

Time: We asked: Overall, has the leadership development experience been a good use of your time? 94% said YES.

Relevance: We asked: Did you find our time together discussing tools and frameworks useful? 100% said YES.
