The Brief

The Solution

David began by facilitating a Vision Session for FRB Execs, to understand what competencies they wanted their talent to upskill in.

The Agenda

Consequently, David designed & delivered half day masterclasses on:

From operational order-taker to strategic consultant

The art of influence

High impact communication: pitching to a dragons’ den of career deciding stakeholders

In addition, David was responsible for the design of the action-learning process (including problem setting, sponsor engagement, 3 x check-ins to understand the progress teams were making & unblock the challenges they were encountering).

The Results

“It is difficult to distil into mere words the impact my time with David has had on me both professionally and personally. I sought out David at a pivotal point in my career where I needed to transition from leading through the lens of subject matter expertise towards being a more influential leader.

Whilst confident of my craft I needed support to help me step into the next level of leadership with boldness while still remaining authentic – honouring the sense of who I am. I was clear that I still wanted to look at myself in the mirror and still be able to recognize myself. I learnt so much from David including, use of the body as a tool to demonstrate executive presence, the ability self-observe and maintain composure and sovereignty in challenging moments.

We did this in 5 sessions and I that is testament to David’s expertise in his craft. The work is never done but I am on my way. If you are on the hunt for leadership coaching in a safe space, on any aspect related to
personal mastery, look no further.”
